April's Book of the Month

The Book of the Month for April is one written by my old professor, Joint Principle of the acclaimed College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and one of the foremost Acupuncturists in Europe, Angela Hicks. One of the wonderful things about Angie is her ability to explain big concepts in bite-size chunks – which she does very well in several books for people new to Chinese medicine.

She has done a particularly brilliant job in Principles of Chinese Medicine: What it is, how it works, and what it can do for you. If you fancy a light read that helps you use Chinese medicine to support your own health, then this one is for you. Happy reading!
