We want to provide you with convenience and flexibility so that your treatment fits around your life. We do this by providing online, phone and email options to make, amend and cancel your appointments. We also provide daytime, evening and weekend appointments, and out-of-hours appointments by special arrangement.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, plans change, and you may need to cancel your appointment at short notice. However, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling your appointment, and we may charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
This is because some of our patients are in acute pain or distress and need to have treatment more urgently, while others require treatment on specific days in tandem with other medical care (e.g. during an IVF cycle). If you make a booking and cancel it at short notice, those in acute need may not be able to make it to the newly available slot in time. We also want to offer all our customers as much flexibility in the timing of their appointments as possible, and we want to be fair to our practitioners who travel to provide your treatment.
We always endeavour to apply our cancellation charge fairly and make our decision on a case-by-case basis. For example, we would not charge someone who missed their appointment because they were admitted to hospital.
How to cancel an appointment
If you booked your appointment online, you may be able to cancel it online through your Fresha account. You can also cancel your appointment by calling 01285 658105 (please note that this number does not accept text messages), and by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
