Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic Acupuncture is a natural way to restore your youthful glow, inside and out.

Claire is a fully qualified Acupuncturist with further training in Cosmetic Acupuncture. This means that she treats ‘problem areas’ on your skin directly and supports your health and wellbeing – all in the same session.

As well as restoring your inner glow, Cosmetic Acupuncture aims to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, dark circles, puffiness and so much more.

FAQs

How long is each session?

Your first and follow-on Cosmetic Acupuncture sessions last up to 90 minutes each.

What happens during a session?

Your first session includes a skin consultation, diagnosis and an acupuncture treatment designed to detox your system. This treatment usually uses acupuncture points on your back.

The facial treatments begin in your second session, where ultra-fine dermal acupuncture needles are placed on the face to target specific areas. You will also receive a hyaluronic acid mask and acupressure facial massage.

Claire may combine your facial treatments with body acupuncture to tackle the underlying cause of any skin problems and to support your overall health. Your treatment may also include lifestyle tips and advice to maximise its effectiveness.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you need will depend on your unique ‘problem areas’ and the final effect you wish to achieve. As a general guide, a course of Cosmetic Acupuncture usually lasts 6 – 10 sessions with cumulative effects.
